2、配件：滑軌：16寸DTC專用滑軌，靜音順滑。合頁(yè)：采用DTC牌鉸鏈，115度打開。調(diào)整腳：采用直徑φ8mm，著地部分外六角尼龍，總高為25MM，可調(diào)高度為15MM。
拉手：一字型與門一體，折彎液壓而成。
3、加工工藝：板材下料：采用德國(guó)進(jìn)口的2000W數(shù)控光纖激光切割機(jī)，速度高，下料快，工差小。折彎：全自動(dòng)數(shù)控折彎，機(jī)械人操作，精度高，誤差少。焊接：點(diǎn)焊和氬弧焊。噴涂：全自動(dòng)噴房，進(jìn)口瓦格那高級(jí)噴槍，流水線加溫固化爐。
4、柜體結(jié)構(gòu)：每個(gè)單元均可拆裝結(jié)構(gòu)，包裝小，裝安前搬運(yùn)方便，體積小不易碰到實(shí)驗(yàn)室的過道及樓梯，上樓容易，移動(dòng)快捷。
5、組裝：規(guī)格多，組合靈活，根據(jù)房間大小，可以任意組合成需要的實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)（邊臺(tái)或中央臺(tái)），亦可選配吊柜，柜體從300主機(jī)柜到1000雙門雙抽柜，每隔25MM就有一個(gè)單元柜，還配有帶抽屜坐位、帶鍵盤架坐位和空坐位，
