一、 通風(fēng)柜材質(zhì)和結(jié)構(gòu)
1、主體框架：左右旁板、前鋼板、后背板、頂板及下柜體均采用1.0mm厚馬鋼一級(jí)冷軋鍍鋅鋼板，德國進(jìn)口全自動(dòng)數(shù)控激光切割機(jī)下料，折彎采用全自動(dòng)數(shù)控折彎機(jī)一次性一體折彎成型，噴涂表面經(jīng)環(huán)氧樹脂靜電流水線自動(dòng)化噴涂。
2、內(nèi)襯板\導(dǎo)流板：采用實(shí)芯抗倍特板（5mm厚）具有良好的防腐蝕、化學(xué)抗性。導(dǎo)流板固定件使用PP優(yōu)質(zhì)材質(zhì)制作一體成型。
3、移動(dòng)視窗：5mm優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼化玻璃，門開啟高度為700mm,自由升降，移門上下滑動(dòng)裝置采用電梯配重方式結(jié)構(gòu)，無級(jí)任意停留，移門導(dǎo)向裝置由抗腐蝕的聚氯乙稀材質(zhì)構(gòu)成。移門把手PP一體成型制作，移門旁邊是抗化學(xué)腐蝕的塑料包裹，移門的開、閉有橡膠緩沖裝置。
4、通風(fēng)柜正前方全部為玻璃視窗，有良好的可視范圍。導(dǎo)流板和內(nèi)襯材料一致，導(dǎo)流板支架由非金屬材料構(gòu)成。
5、下柜體：臺(tái)面采用芯理化板（12.7mm厚）或環(huán)氧樹脂陶瓷臺(tái)面。耐酸堿，耐沖擊，耐腐蝕，甲醛達(dá)到E1級(jí)別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，背面具有不可磨滅背標(biāo)。
6、連接部分：所有的內(nèi)部連接裝置都需隱藏布置和抗腐蝕。沒有外露的螺釘。
外部連接裝置都抗化學(xué)腐蝕，用聚氯乙稀包裹的不銹鋼部件與非金屬材料。
7、排氣出口：排氣出口為圓形，套管連接，減少氣體擾流。

二、性能及其它配置：
1、通風(fēng)柜其他內(nèi)襯材料通風(fēng)柜，內(nèi)部其他材料雙面都有環(huán)氧樹脂噴涂，耐酸堿及有機(jī)溶劑腐蝕的，無裸露金屬或不能抗腐蝕和防火的材料。
2、配件
通風(fēng)柜配有進(jìn)口一次性成型PP小杯槽，耐酸堿、耐腐蝕。
通風(fēng)柜里面配件（單口七字水龍頭）由黃銅構(gòu)成并安裝在通風(fēng)柜內(nèi)部。
通風(fēng)柜控制面板：采用液晶顯示屏控制面板（可設(shè)置快慢自由調(diào)節(jié)，可適應(yīng)市場上大部分類似產(chǎn)品）。

通風(fēng)柜照明：防水熒光燈管，快速啟動(dòng)類型，安裝置通風(fēng)柜頂部。照明裝置上面有安全玻璃面板，并且和柜體密封。

4. The front of the fume hood is all glass Windows with good visual range. The guide plate is made of the same material as the lining, and the support of the guide plate is made of non-metallic material.
5. Lower cabinet body: the table is made of core physical and chemical board (12.7mm thick) or epoxy resin ceramic table. Acid and base resistance, shock resistance, corrosion resistance, formaldehyde up to E1 level standard, back with indelible back label.
6. Connection: all internal connection devices shall be hidden and anti-corrosion. No exposed screws.External connections are resistant to chemical corrosion, stainless steel parts coated with polyvinyl chloride and non-metallic materials.
