一、定風(fēng)量系統(tǒng)控制
1、系統(tǒng)采用靜壓傳感自動(dòng)變頻控制(或PLC編程控制),靜壓傳感自動(dòng)變頻 控制可以根據(jù)開啟通風(fēng)設(shè)備的數(shù)量變
化,將其感應(yīng)到的靜壓轉(zhuǎn)變成0-10v的電信號(hào)輸入變頻器從而自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機(jī)頻率,使風(fēng)機(jī)的抽風(fēng)量與實(shí)際所需排風(fēng)量相匹配,從而確保排風(fēng)效果,達(dá)到節(jié)能節(jié)噪的效果;
2、每臺(tái)通風(fēng)柜安裝一個(gè)電子風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥,其控制開關(guān)和變頻控制系統(tǒng)及風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)動(dòng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)單臺(tái)或多臺(tái)通風(fēng)設(shè)備等不
同工況下的控制。風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥采用數(shù)顯可調(diào)角度的電子風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥,并且有記憶功能(即可以記住此次調(diào)節(jié)的角度,下次打開時(shí)仍然調(diào)到設(shè)計(jì)的角度)。
3、系統(tǒng)風(fēng)閥和風(fēng)機(jī)整體聯(lián)鎖,實(shí)現(xiàn)氣流的有序流動(dòng),平衡系統(tǒng)風(fēng)量,防止氣流反串、倒流。
二、變風(fēng)量系統(tǒng)(VAV)控制
1、系統(tǒng)采用靜壓傳感自動(dòng)變頻控制,靜壓傳感自動(dòng)變頻控制可以根據(jù)開啟通風(fēng)設(shè)備的數(shù)量變化,將其感應(yīng)到的靜壓轉(zhuǎn)變成0-10v的電信號(hào)輸入變頻器從而自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機(jī)頻率,使風(fēng)機(jī)的抽風(fēng)量與實(shí)際所需排風(fēng)量相匹配,從而確保排風(fēng)效果,達(dá)到節(jié)能節(jié)噪的效果;
2、每臺(tái)通風(fēng)柜安裝一個(gè)文丘里變風(fēng)量風(fēng)閥,其控制開關(guān)和變頻控制系統(tǒng)及風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)動(dòng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)單臺(tái)或多臺(tái)通風(fēng)設(shè)備等不同工況下的控制。變風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥門采用數(shù)顯可調(diào)角度的文丘里風(fēng)閥,并且有記憶功能(即可以記住此次調(diào)節(jié)的角度,下次打開時(shí)仍然調(diào)到設(shè)計(jì)的角度)。
3、系統(tǒng)風(fēng)閥和風(fēng)機(jī)整體聯(lián)鎖,實(shí)現(xiàn)氣流的有序流動(dòng),平衡系統(tǒng)風(fēng)量,防止氣流反串、倒流。
